Details 

• We will “ski down the aisle” to you, our guests, who will be seated on the outdoor deck of the base lodge at Diamond Peak Ski Resort. 
• Following the ceremony, we’ll head over to the Hyatt at Incline Village for the reception in the Lakeside Ballroom. You can park at the main hotel and walk across the street to the ballroom.  If you are not staying at the Hyatt, valet parking is available at the Lakeside Ballroom.
• Attire for the ceremony is casual and flexible - wear your ski gear if you are coming straight off the mountain, wear warm layers over your cocktail attire, wear anything that you'll be comfortable in outdoors for the 30 minute ceremony
• Reception attire is "mountain cocktail" - dresses for women, suits but no ties for men.  
• You'll have time in-between the ceremony and reception to go back to your hotel room, freshen up and strip off the layers.
• If the weather does not cooperate with our outdoor ski plan, the ceremony will take place at the Regency Ballroom in the main building of the Hyatt. We will send out an email announcing the change 24 hours in advance.
